What’s Included?

This package is designed for teams of up to 10 members and includes:

  • Introduction to Psychological Safety – A 30-minute session to explore what psychological safety is and why it matters.

  • Fearless Organization Scan – Each team member completes a psychological safety survey, providing a data-driven understanding of team dynamics.

  • Team Workshop – A 2-hour facilitated session to review the survey results, identify key focus areas, and develop action steps for improvement.

  • Leadership Coaching – A 45-minute coaching session for the team leader to dive deeper into the findings and discuss strategies for fostering psychological safety in daily work.

Optional Add-ons:
This package provides a strong foundation for psychological safety, giving your team the key insights and tools needed to create lasting change. While psychological safety is an ongoing journey, some teams may benefit from additional time to deepen discussions, address specific challenges, or reinforce collaboration. If that’s the case, you can explore these optional add-ons:

  • Extend the Team Workshop – The standard workshop is 2 hours, but the recommended duration is 2-4 hours, depending on your team’s availability.

  • Additional Leadership Coaching – Ongoing support to integrate psychological safety into leadership practices.

  • Follow-up Team Workshops – Tracking progress, strengthening collaboration, and refining strategies.

  • Custom Training or Learning Sessions – Sessions tailored to your team’s specific challenges and needs.

  • Larger Teams – The package is designed for 10 participants but can be expanded to include more team members, ensuring that everyone benefits from the process.
